Once in a while we just have to get away for a weekend, and when that happens, we look for discount hotel reservations as our first choice for being able to travel on a budget. We find that we spend little time in our hotel room, so we don't need to stay in posh, expensive hotels, although if we can get a great room rate, we certainly will treat ourselves to the best....
